


Smoked Coppa
The coppa is a stunning cut from the neck of the pig, with layers of fat creating beautiful marbling through the finished product. We cure ours with black pepper, juniper, thyme and bay. This particular cut has been gently smoked over whisky oak to just it a deeper, smoky flavour we know you’re going to love!

Ingredients: Pork, salt, curing salts (E250 & E252), herbs & spices
Allergens: None of the main allergens are used in the making of this product & all of our products are entirely free from gluten, lactose & nuts. The herbs & spices we use are packed in a plant that handles nuts, sesame, wheat, soya, gluten & mustard.
Shelf-life & storage: All of our sliced meats come vacuum-packed & have a 3 month shelf-life from when we slice & pack them. Our products are 'ambient stable' which means they do not need to be refrigerated. Store somewhere cool & out of direct sunlight. Once opened keep tightly wrapped & in an airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks.
