Pablo Y Walter Malbec (250ml Can): A celebration of Mendoza — colour, culture, and flavour in a can. This bold little Malbec is the lovechild of Argentine winemaker Walter Bressia and Boutinot’s Guillaume Letang, crafted for easy sipping and joyful pairing.
Production: Made from 25-year-old vines in the Uco Valley, nestled in the rain-shadow of the Cordon del Plata. Vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit purity, with no oak to mask its vibrant character. Walter even squeezed three brand-new 25,000-litre tanks into his small family bodega just for this project.
Tasting Notes: A pure expression of Malbec — deep red, almost purple, with lifted aromas of violet, redcurrant, and cassis. Richly fruity, velvety, and muy, muy fantástico. Pairs beautifully with our cured meats, especially anything smoky, spicy, or peppered.
