We’ve been selling them at markets all year, and now you can grab some too! Because of the finicky nature of our production, we often trim salami down to size—leaving behind these flavour-packed ends.
They’re offered at a reduced price compared to our full salamis, but they’re just as delicious. Waste not, want not!
