Cured Pork Belly Chunks
Seasoned with black pepper, juniper, thyme, garlic and bay, our cured belly is hung for a minimum of a month to develop its deep, savoury flavour. Depending on the batch, we offer both smoked and unsmoked varieties — each one rich, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.
Use it to add depth to stews, soups, and pasta dishes, or slice thinly and serve on a charcuterie board, in a sandwich, or as an apéro with a crisp glass of white.
Scottish pork
Ingredients: Pork, salt, curing salts (E250 & E252), sugar, garlic, herbs & spices.
Allergens: Our herbs & spices are packed in a plant that handles nuts, sesame, wheat, soya, gluten & mustard
Storage: Store in a cool place. Once opened consume within 2 weeks.
