Introducing our last‑minute festive specials: two handcrafted salamis — Rotunda (Shiraz & Black Pepper) and Red Wine & Winter Spice — rich, bold, and perfect for celebratory tables.
Rotunda: Shiraz & Black Pepper: East Coast Cured & Bludge Wine bring you Rotunda, a salami inspired by Syrah’s bold peppery spice and dark, savoury character. Why Rotunda? It’s a bit nerdy (blame Kirsty! for that!) but Rotunda is the chemical compound found in both black pepper and Syrah that gives that peppery tang. Syrah is known for its bold flavour, firm structure and that unmistakeable hit of black pepper. Like the wine, Rotunda is rich and expressive, developing more depth and complexity as it ages.
Ingredients: Specially Selected Pork, curing salts (salt, E250 & E252), treacle, red wine & spices.
Red Wine & Winter Spice: Rich, warming, and unmistakably festive. This handcrafted salami is infused with deep red wine and a blend of winter spices, bringing a balance of savoury depth and aromatic sweetness. Slow cured for full flavour, it’s the perfect slice for fireside feasts, cheeseboards, and celebratory tables.
Ingredients: Specially Selected Pork, curing salts (salt, E250 & E252), treacle, red wine & spices.

1 x salami weighing approximately 110g (we use natural skins and hand-tie our salamis so there may be weight variations of +/- 10g)
Quality Meat Scotland & SSPCA approved Scottish Pork.
Allergens: None of the main allergens are used in the making of this product & all of our products are entirely free from gluten, lactose & nuts. The herbs & spices we use are packed in a plant that handles nuts, sesame, wheat, soya, gluten & mustard
Shelf-life & storage: All of our salami comes vacuum-packed & has a 9 month shelf-life from when we pack it. Our products are 'ambient stable' which means they do not need to be refrigerated. Store somewhere cool & out of direct sunlight. Once opened keep tightly wrapped & in an airtight container. Consume within 2 weeks.
