Production: Grown in the lieu-dit of “Auche” near Janvry, just west of Reims, this cuvée is crafted with care: small stainless steel presses, natural clarification in ceramic vats, and slow fermentation from September to March. The final blend includes 60% wine from 2017 and 40% reserve wines from 2014–2016, with a dosage of 9–10g/L for richness and balance.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of juicy pear and apricot, layered with hazelnut and fresh bread. Creamy, full-bodied, and finely bubbled, with bright acidity that cuts beautifully through rich charcuterie.
